At the Ad Firm, my role is to actively monitor and shape the online and public perception of a brand or individual. I do this through strategies such as account growth, audience cultivation, and review management to build a strong, positive image while addressing and resolving negative feedback.
What I like most about my role
What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to continuously learn and explore new ways to create effective plans and strategies. I enjoy finding innovative approaches to strengthen brand reputation and boost online visibility.
Past Work Experience
Previously, I worked as an SEO GMB Specialist, where I led a team and managed multiple Google My Business accounts. My responsibilities included updating business information, overseeing customer reviews, creating engaging posts, and troubleshooting listing issues. These efforts were focused on improving local search visibility and driving customer engagement for clients.
Hobbies outside work
Outside of work, I love spending weekends making Filipino desserts such as Mango Tapioca, Macaroni Salad, and Leche Flan. I’m also a big fan of reading romance manga, it’s my favorite way to relax and unwind.
