My role at The Firm is to oversee our team’s outreach, making sure we send quality HARO pitches and secure quality backlinks that truly add value. Part of my role is to check the pitches, track the links we earn, and guide the team on trying new strategies that keep us moving forward. A big part of my work is also building relationships with journalists, sharing ideas with the team, and making sure our PR efforts connect well with our SEO and content goals.
What I like most about my role
What I like most about my role is seeing the direct impact of our work when a well-crafted pitch turns into a strong media placement or a high-quality backlink, it feels rewarding for both me and the team. I also enjoy guiding the team, helping them grow, and exploring new strategies together that keep our approach fresh and effective. Building real relationships with journalists and seeing those connections lead to long-term wins makes the work feel both creative and meaningful.
Past Work Experience
I started my career as a Chat Support Specialist for car dealerships across the U.S., where I spent over a decade (2012–2023) assisting customers in choosing vehicles, schedule service appointments, and order parts. In 2023, I discovered my passion for SEO and began taking on roles in blog posting, keyword research, and Digital PR.
Hobbies outside work
I enjoy playing volleyball and billiards, as well as watching K-Dramas during my downtime. I love riding my motorcycle and going on nature trips, which give me a sense of freedom and relaxation. Traveling is another passion of mine. I love exploring different places locally and hope to experience more countries abroad in the future.
